15-Day Refund Promise

If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

How it works:

  • Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at info@hnlmart.com
  • Your order number or the email used for purchase
  • A photo of the product you received
  • A brief note explaining why you're unsatisfied
  • Once approved, we will process a full refund.

Once reviewed, eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note: If your order was charged shipping (on orders under $30), the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Product Issues or Delivery Problems?

We take quality seriously. If you received an item that was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever works best for you.

A Few Things to Note

To keep things fair and safe for all customers:

  • Opened or used products aren’t eligible for return or refund
  • Items listed as Final Sale or Clearance are non-refundable
  • Requests made after 15 days of delivery may not be accepted
